Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare paper layout with APM, WS & Mechanic.
• Make sure to practice 5S activities in respective area.
• Ensure detecting the critical process during Size Set (Jump Size) makingPre-train the operator for critical process.
• Allocate job maintaining work sequence and right personEnsure all the guide, gauge, folder, templates; attachments are in place during changeover.
• Ensure the process is qualified before move to next process.Work on Hourly production, pass and repairTake initiatives remedies for QA findings.
• Attend the PP Meeting.
